Hey remember hockey? Yeah, I’m struggling too, the ouster of the Bruins has made these playoffs hard for me to watch, but then there are goals like this super pretty one by the Penguins that remind me that hockey is pretty awesome.

The Slanch Report has started an online petition asking the MLB Network to air the Dock Ellis no-hitter he threw on June 12, 1970 against the San Diego Padres. The moment was a seminal piece of baseball history and is certainly worthy of being rerun.
Please join us in this cause and sign the petition below so we can all share in this special and fantastic moment of baseball history. THANKS!

Hockey’s fantastic. Hats off to the Penguins. They looked great last night. But the cup won’t be heading to Pittsburgh. 🙂
Do your know what would make hockey awesome? If there were giant monster trucks that would rampage through the rink once a period. And overtime consisted of trying not to get eaten by a giant fire-breathing tractor trailer that turns into a dinosaur.
That goal really was priceless. hockeyenthusiast.wordpress.com
