The Chosen One Has a Name

Despite having been born on December 8th, Tom Brady and Gisele had struggled to come up with a name for their bouncing baby boy. Well, the wait is over, the future stud/football star has a name. On her website, Gisele posted this bit of news today:

I want to thank you all with all my heart for the immense love I have received here on the website. It is a pleasure to receive messages from each one of you here.
I am living a very special moment in my life, Benjamin is a blessing and I could not be happier.
I would also like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and 2010 with lots of light!
Kisses Gisele

Did you see how she sent me kisses! I think my messages have been getting through to her!

Brady and Gisele Birth Out a Son

Earlier this morning, according to People Magazine, Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady welcomed the newest little bundle of joy into their family. Prior to the birth, Gisele had told Brady she didn’t wish to know the baby’s sex, preferring to be surprised; well, it’s a BOY!

The lucky, as yet unnamed lad is the first child for the happy couple and Tom’s second son, joining 2-year-old Jack. Just 9 more and he’s got his own offensive squad!

Both mother and baby are doing well.

Congrats Tom and Gisele!

The Patriots Stars Travel in Style

While everyone else on the Patriots showed up for their trans-Atlantic flight in casual comfortable clothes, Tom Brady, the 2007 Esquire Best Dressed Man rolled up in a super stylin’ grey suit looking dapper as ever. Look at that pocket square, PERFECTLY folded, seriously, this man knows how to dress to impress. Brady StylinTom wasn’t the only star Patriots player to be in top form, Randy Moss apparently was running late, but managed to get his lunch and still make the flight, even if it was touch and go for a bit.

Randy MossThose fries look tasty.

If You Lived Here You’d Be Home Already (and Tom Brady)

Brady CondoMost of us will never have the chance to get close to either Tom Brady or his lovely bride Gisele Bundchen, but if you have $10.9 million lying around you can at least putter around his old pad; on Monday Tom Tremendous listed his luxury duplex penthouse condo on the market.

In 2006 Tom, showing excellent business acumen, purchased an entire limestone mansion, originally built in 1871, converting it into 4 condos plus the penthouse. His 5,311 square foot apartment was designed by the same designer who recently did the Mandarin Oriental Boston and features multiple gas fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, roof deck, high-tech entertainment media room as well as panoramic views of the Charles River and Cambridge. The three bedrooms are on the lower floor and the master bedroom has amenities like a steam shower, his-and-her dressing rooms and a private balcony. The apartment also comes with 4 garage parking spaces plus an outdoor space, which in Boston is ridiculously extravagant and awesome.

With Gisele pregnant and his son Jack with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynihan, Brady must be looking for a bit more room for his growing family. Tom originally moved to Boston when he first became a Patriot, liking the feel of being in the city, now that he’s a family man it must be time to head to the suburbs. I just want to make sure I’m in the same PTA that Gisele joins.

Tom Brady’s Got ANOTHER Baby Mama

Gisele-4It’s confirmed! Clearly, Tom Brady is not a fan of condoms. The long-rumored pregnancy of his new wife, Gisele Bundchen was confirmed by Tom Tremendous in an interview with Chris Berman. Hopefully that is the only time something so ugly and Brady/Gisele’s children are near one another.

During the interview Brady joked about going to the Lamaze classes with his wife saying: “Well, it couldn’t be harder than this training camp, so I’ll be prepared. The women are the ones who have to do the work, we just have to be there and support them, so it’ll be nice to do that.”

Wow. I bet Bridget Moynahan read that and just broke about 12,000 things in her home. That just has to burn her ass don’t it.

Also, I desperately need to find a pregnant lady in the Boston area who is in their class, I don’t care if she’s preggers, I’m still happy to steal Gisele away.

Happy Birthday Gisele

gisele-bundchen-23Today is Gisele Bundchen’s 29th birthday, (we’re so CLOSE to having the same one!) and normally a story about her husband and New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is an excuse for me to post a photo of her. Instead, this time a post about her is an excuse to write a small something about the Pats.

This season, look for the Patriots to go 15-1. You heard it here first. For reals, this is no-homerism, just fact. The only thing that could derail the season is an injury to Brady, Moss or Welker, which, god help me, won’t happen.

Someone Save TOM BRADY!

GiseleBundchenIndex657872The other day, newlyweds Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen took to the Charles River in downtown Boston in kayaks for a leisurely afternoon spent being incredibly good-looking.

Unfortunately, as good as he is on the football field, it seems Tom Tremendous isn’t as skilled with a paddle in his hands. Tom flipped over in his kayak and then struggled to get back into the boat. Ultimately, the launch guy from the boat rental spot had to go out and assist Tom back into the kayak.

Thankfully, the ordeal wasn’t too draining for Tom who managed to work up the energy to go golfing yesterday at a Patriots’ charity golf event.

Also, while he might have been slightly embarrassed about the whole capsizing thing, I’m sure he can get over it when he has Gisele there to nurse his…ego.

The Slanch Report has started an online petition asking the MLB Network to air the Dock Ellis no-hitter he threw on June 12, 1970 against the San Diego Padres. The moment was a seminal piece of baseball history and is certainly worthy of being rerun.

Please join us in this cause and sign the petition below so we can all share in this special and fantastic moment of baseball history. THANKS!
