I’d have watched the LSU/South Carolina game this weekend, but college sports are fucking stupid, so, you know, I didn’t. However, by missing the game I missed this tackle of SC QB Stephen Garcia by one of the game’s refs. It’s about time the zebras started fighting back.

College sports are back bone of any professional sports. I guarantee that many college teams could beat some pro teams in any sport. College sports have so much more passion than any pro team will ever have. Professional athletes are over paid and lazy!

I am in fact, NOT outside my mind. College sports ARE “THE” backbone of professional sports, that doesn’t mean that college sports are any good. Why do I want to watch some college football team with 100 people on the team, of whom 3 are good enough to make the Bengals’ special teams units? Sure, there are schools that are factories, like Miami, LSU, etc, but for every first round talent that they foster there are 87 other kids on the roster who are hardly better than I am, and I suck. College athletes have passion? Maybe, but more often than not the players are more concerned with getting to the pros and not getting hurt than anything else. Hence why no one stays longer than two years anymore in basketball and everyone good leaves after junior year in football. And really the only reason people go to school in those sports is because the pros have age minimums. Otherwise these “student-athletes” who 99% could give a shit about the fact that they get free education at the best institutions in our nation would never even set foot on a college campus. College sports are inherently and always lame.
