Hosting the WWE’s Monday Night Raw, Johnny Damon found himself the center of some unwanted touches when he was amorously attacked by octogenarian wrestling legend Mae Young. He can deny it all he wants, but he wanted it; why else would he have dressed that way?

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban stopped by WWE’s Monday Night Raw last night as the guest host, in a shocking development, his night was not limited just to hosting duties. When the unnecessarily enraged Sheamus was in the ring with Cuban he just couldn’t help himself. First Cuban takes a knee to the groin (something I’m sure that delighted NBA commissioner David Stern) and then found himself picked up by the fiery(crotched) Sheamus and then thrown through a table. Pretty standard Monday night for a billionaire.
I just hope Cuban learned his lesson, NEVER TRUST A GINGER, us redheads be dangerous and easily roused to anger. You’ve been warned.
Last night Ben Roethlisberger stopped by WWE Monday Night Raw, alas, he was totally spontaneously interrupted by Big Show and Chris Jericho. Showing the same poise that he has in the pocket, Ben sidestepped their aggression and called an audible, bringing out his offensive line. They squared off against Big Show for a moment before he cut his losses and left.
At least briefly. This time when Big Show returned Roethlisberger had even more help on his side when the tag-team D-Generation X came out and joined forces with the assembled Steelers. The Big Show was scared off and so there’s only two things to do, DANCE and PREEN!

At long last the ultimate combination of sports and entertainment has merged, Freddie Prinz Jr. or Mr. Sarah Michelle Gellar has joined the WWE’s creative team. According to a statement from WWE, “Bringing on board an experienced Hollywood writer, actor and producer like Freddie Prinze, Jr. will only increase the level of entertainment to millions of viewers and passionate WWE fans every Monday on USA.” A quick look at his IMDB page shows that he is credited with writing 22 episodes of that hit show, Freddie, that no one ever watched. Oh, he also wrote one episode of Mutant X, now THOSE are writer credentials! It must be nice to be famous and the son of an even more famous person, because otherwise you might have to actually accomplish things on your own, instead everything is just handed to you.
“Freddie Prinze, Jr.’s passion, energy and creativity make him an excellent fit for WWE,” said WWE Chairman Vince McMahon. McMahon then explained that Prinz’s work in the Julia Stiles vehicle Down to You really put him up over the top.
I’m really just amazed that Prinz was even available to be doing this, I mean, with the talent and range he showed in Summer Catch and She’s All That, I would have thought Hollywood to be CONSTANTLY beating down his door.
