London Hot Olympian of the Morning: Norway’s Christina Vukicevic

christina-vukicevicTo honor the London Games and the athletes participating in them, The Slanch Report will be bringing you THRICE DAILY a Hot Olympian of the Day. Each day we will bring you three (likely unknown-to-you) Olympians who, while maybe not quite worthy of a place on the medal stand, certainly are worth being placed on a pedestal for us to enjoy. Celebrate them all on the Hot Olympians page

Norwegian hurdler Christina Vukicevic, 25, is a first-time Olympian but she has the sport in her blood, her father (who is also her coach) was an Olympian in 1980 for Yugoslavia.

She holds the Norwegian record for the 60M hurdles—which she’s set twice—but has a lot of work ahead of her if she wants to medal at the London games.

Regardless, when you’ve got a body and a stunning visage like hers, does it really matter what the place you finish?

I say no.
