As the merciful close of the New York Mets war crime of a season comes this weekend, all is not well in Queens. Mr. Met, the iconic mascot of the team, forced to see 81 home games each season had seen enough according to this Funny or Die video and took a header off a 4-story building. Who can blame him.
On Wednesday the Mets had a double-header and while the announced ticket sales were over 28,000 there definitely were nt more than 10,000 people in the stadium yesterday. The good news though, it's probably now the shortest Shake Shack line in NYC...
