I don’t watch Nascar — I hate myself but not that much — so I missed Carl Edwards driving his car into Brad Keselowski over the weekend. Edwards, 100 laps behind thanks to an earlier crash (thanks to Keselowski) came up behind and ended up flipping the #12 car around. Keselowski then went flying into the air, rather peacefully, and after a quick tumble, came down right side up, and to a stop.
“Did I just fly?” he asked his crew chief. Yep!
After the race, Edwards admitted that he had hit Keselowski purposefully, intending just on flipping him around. The flight took all parties by surprise. Considering that Keselowski was in 6th place at the time, he took the whole thing in stride.
